Shipping of Digital Products

Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive immediate access to your course materials through email confirmation or your customer dashboard.
No physical products will be shipped. This means you don’t have to wait for delivery times — you can begin your learning journey instantly.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns & Refunds

We want every student to be satisfied with their purchase. If, for any reason, you feel that the course is not right for you, we offer a 14-day refund policy under the following terms:

Refund Window
- You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of receiving access to your digital product.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds will only be granted if you have not completed more than 20% of the course content (measured by our platform’s progress tracker).
- Refunds are not available if you have downloaded or consumed a substantial portion of the course materials.
